What We Did

Ran the industry's most rigorous agentic simulation

We modelled 45,213 programmatic deals across 30 days using our V8 simulation framework, testing how bilateral and shared ledger auction architectures perform under real-world agentic conditions.

How We Got There

Identified three failure modes that can't be fixed by better reporting

Spoofing that hides in plain sight, a symmetric mispricing problem that passes every audit, and a $6M/month reconciliation cost that the industry accepts as unavoidable. All three are architectural, not operational.

What We Built

A marketplace where the problems don't exist

Alkimi's on-chain architecture: Authenticated Events, Walrus encrypted storage, Seal access control. Removing the structural conditions that create all three failure modes. Not a better audit. A different ledger.

Spoofing

0%

Alkimi spoofing rate (industry: 12.6%)

Every impression is verified on-chain at auction. Spoofed domains cannot clear the shared ledger; they're blocked before any buyer is exposed.

94.1% cross-buyer protection. Zero undetected spoofed impressions across 45,213 deals.

The Equally Wrong Problem

76.7%

Of deal value mispriced — while passing audit

When buyer and seller both learn from the same contaminated history, both records correctly and both are wrong. Standard audit has 4.1% R². It explains almost nothing.

Day 22: 95.6% deal failure rate. 89.7% CPM deviation. Dashboard: green.

Hidden Tax

$0

Disputed value (industry: $6M/30 days)

60.9M disputed impressions in the bilateral model. Zero in Alkimi. When every deal is written to a shared immutable ledger at auction, there is nothing to dispute after the fact.

Prevention, not cure. The architecture removes the conditions that create reconciliation cost.
